Welcome to coachkerri.ca. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how you can use this
website and take part in the programs, resources, and community offered by KM Coaching. Please
read them carefully. By using this website, signing up for a free resource, or buying a program, you
agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
KM Coaching is a division of 3fish media inc., a business based in Saskatchewan, Canada. In these
Terms, "KM Coaching," "we," "us," and "our" refer to KM Coaching and 3fish Media Inc. "You" and
"your" refer to anyone who visits this website or uses our programs, resources, or community.

Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old to buy a program, join the community, or sign up for our resources.
By using our services, you confirm that you are 19 or older.
If you are under 19 and have signed up for a program or resource, or if you are a parent or guardian
and believe someone in your care who is under 19 has signed up, please contact us at
[email protected]. We will take appropriate steps, which may include removing access to our
programs and community and deleting their information from our email list.
Educational Coaching Only: Not Medical Care or Treatment
All KM Coaching programs, community content, live calls, emails, podcast episodes, and free
resources are educational coaching. They are designed to help you explore your relationship with
alcohol, build new habits, and make choices that feel good to you.
Our services are not:
• medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• addiction treatment, detox, or recovery services
• counselling, therapy, or mental health treatment
• a replacement for care from a doctor, nurse, counsellor, or other qualified health professional
Please talk to your doctor before you stop or reduce drinking, especially if you drink daily or
heavily. For some people, stopping alcohol suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms that may be
dangerous and need medical supervision. If you have a medical or mental health condition, take
medication, or are pregnant, please check with your health care provider before starting any program.
If you are in crisis or having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency
department right away.
You are responsible for your own choices, health, and well-being while taking part in our programs.
Programs and Purchases
Program details, pricing, and what's included are described on the sales page at the time of
purchase. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi, our course and community platform. By
making a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you
are authorized to use the payment method.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes. We
may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change will never affect a purchase you
have already made.
No Refunds
Our programs are digital products, and access begins as soon as you purchase. For this reason, all
sales are final and we do not offer refunds, whether you complete the program or not. Please
review the program details carefully before you buy. If you have questions about whether a program
is right for you, email [email protected] before purchasing.
Your Access
When you buy a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for
your own use. Please do not share your login details or give anyone else access to your account.
Community access, live coaching calls, and program features are offered as described at the time of
purchase. We may update, improve, or change program content, schedules, or platforms from time to
time.
Community Guidelines
Our community is a safe, supportive space, and everyone who joins helps keep it that way. By joining,
you agree to:
• Keep it confidential. What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not
screenshot, copy, share, or discuss other members' posts, stories, or identities outside the group.
• Be kind. Treat every member with respect and compassion. Everyone is on their own path.
• Encourage one another. Cheering others on is strongly encouraged.
• Keep it clean. Please avoid foul language.
• No selling or promoting. Do not promote, sell, or recruit for other programs, products, services,
or businesses. This includes private messages to members.
• No judgment or harassment. Bullying, shaming, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will
not be tolerated.
We may remove posts, comments, or members that break these guidelines. Serious or repeated
breaches may result in removal from the community without a refund.
Live Call Recordings
Live coaching calls are recorded and made available inside the community only, so members who
miss a call can watch the replay. Recordings will not be shared publicly. By joining a live call, you
consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera, you're welcome to keep your
camera off and participate through the chat.
Testimonials and Shared Wins
We love celebrating your progress. By joining a program or the community, you give KM Coaching
permission to use your testimonials, feedback, and wins in our marketing, including on our website,
social media, emails, and podcast. We will only use your first name or initials unless you give us
permission to use more.
You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will stop using
your testimonial in new materials going forward.
Emails and Free Resources
When you sign up for the 5:00 Rewire or any other free resource, you consent to receive emails from
KM Coaching. These may include coaching tips, podcast updates, and information about our
programs and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our programs belongs to KM Coaching / 3fish Media Inc. This
includes text, videos, audio, podcast episodes, worksheets, graphics, program names, and materials,
and it is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may use the materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share,
record, or distribute any content, or use it to create your own programs or materials, without our
written permission.
Results Disclaimer
Everyone's experience is different. Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences
and are not a guarantee of your results. Your results depend on many factors, including your own
effort, circumstances, and health. KM Coaching makes no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Coaching and 3fish media inc. are not responsible for any
direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, our
programs, community, or resources, or from any decisions you make based on them. If we are found
liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the program in

Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our programs and community are hosted on Kajabi, and our website may link to other websites or
platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and
services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at
the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted means you
accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of
Canada that apply there.
